Alexis House will host a special culinary class featuring chef Valerie Foster. Valerie, a recently retired dentist and Stevenson resident, developed her love of Spanish cuisine through her travels in the Canary Islands and Madrid. She will demonstrate her own version of traditional Spanish paella, sharing the techniques and flavors that make this iconic dish so memorable. Guests will enjoy an engaging afternoon of cooking, culture, and delicious food inspired by Spain's rich culinary traditions. The fee for the class is $40 per person.
