Alexis House will host a special culinary class featuring guest chef José Gómez Elegido. A retired aerospace engineer with a lifelong passion for cooking, José’s love of food comes from his family’s traditions. As a Spaniard, he has enjoyed preparing and sharing paella and other Spanish dishes with family and friends for many years. Join us as José shares his favorite recipes, cooking techniques, and the rich flavors of Spain in this unique gastronomic experience. The fee for the class is $40 per person.
