The City of North Bonneville is accepting applications for the Maintenance Worker II - Parks. This position is responsible for assisting the city’s Wastewater Plant Operator/Supervisor on day-to-day operations of parks maintenance, grounds, public utilities, streets & road maintenance, buildings maintenance, and other duties as required.

The Maintenance Worker II - Parks position requires 1-week on-call rotation with two other staff must respond to emergency callouts within 15 minutes. Experience in groundskeeping, botanical or general maintenance and custodial work with general equipment operation experience is required. Experience working with municipal sewer and water plants preferred but not required. Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor, be able to use a variety of hand and power-operated tools, and complete tasks without supervision is required.

Applicants must possess a valid WA Driver’s license (CDL preferred) and have basic

knowledge in groundskeeping, botanical or general maintenance and custodial work with general equipment operations and maintenance. Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is helpful.
