In this class, we come together as a community to explore the felt sense of being. Deep healing yoga is a gentle, meditative practice using bolsters, blankets, and other props to facilitate the body’s natural ability to relax and deepen the breath. This restorative practice builds awareness, disrupts the stress response, and helps orient to a sense of safety and support.
Coupled with transformative sound to support releasing tension and pain in the body and remove any stressful emotional or thought patterns. You will float away from this class feeling a lightness of being and a clear mind.
