Otter and Osprey offer kayak, SUP, and canoe rentals in Cascade Locks, OR. We also deliver to locations in WA, including Rock Cove in Stevenson, WA. You can book your rentals in advance online or call to book at 541-645-0381. We carry adult and youth kayaks and paddleboards (SUPs), as well as adult and youth PFDs.  We are open from May through October, weather dependent.
