• Sales experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Phone customer service experience preferred.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Typing and computer skills needed, and ability to multitask by taking information and putting into a database.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
